An official CV.

In a nutshell:

First of all, I must admit that the website is not yet perfectly complete. (Although a duly updated website is never really finished.) I've decided to launch it because this is probably the most efficient way of communicating with my colleagues, students, clients – and sometimes friends too. You may still find something interesting to read here would you not fall into any of the above categories.

I am, in the first place, considered to be a practitioner psychologist who deals with group therapy and individual counselling.

On the academic level, I've been conducting research on the mental hygienic condition of university and college students concentrating on the specific crises and life-cycle changes of this age-group by means of counselling and analysis of social background. The next stage of our research will attempt to map sexuality-related cognition, attitudes, (mis-)beliefs and neuroses of this generation.

In the professional field, I contributed to the adoptation of the European Diploma in Psychology (EUROPSY) in Hungary (2005). I also participated in the establishment of a postgraduate M.A. programme within the international co-operation of eight European universities that focuses on social inclusion. Since 2000, we have constantly run research projects and issued publications on the subject.

In individual counselling I prefer person-centred and Gestalt therapy elements along with being qualified to exercise NLP when appropriate. In terms of group therapy, I hold sessions as a psychodrama director and have also specialized in applying videotraining solutions.
