Psychodrama
As a matter of fact I use psychodrama as a form of group-aided individual psychotherapy. The group acts as a helping agent and the object of helping at the same time – therapeutic groups are always self-help groups. Group dynamics flows and getting fixed to an individual complex that expresses the universal complex of the group.
Psychodrama offers significant advantages over individual counselling and therapy:
- If you go for therapy to a psychologist you play your problems in your mind – your psychologist is an effective helper of your thinking and phantasysing. In groups your soul becomes a real object in the world.
- Psychodrama makes your soul REAL, here-and-now, visible – makes your dynamics sharper, louder, slower, unstoppable. This might sound dangerous but in the safe environment of the group you can let yourself create new forms for a more actual, real life.

What is self-knowledge?
- When you know what, when and why you do. You are aware of the real motivations and incentives that play a key role in your behaviour, sentiments and choises.
- When you decide by yourself how to behave in certain situations and your conduct is not shackled by the circumstances.
What is psychodrama?
- A playful method by which you can get to know yourselves through various situations and 'actions' so as to approach the core of your own emotions.
- Having been developed by Moreno, it is nowadays considered as one of the most effective therapeutic methods all around the globe. It has evolved to be the counterpole of psychoanalysis: we shall not talk out situations rather live them through.
